    International transfers

    Personal data is processed within the EU/EEA where possible. Any transfer outside the EEA is protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

    Processors and sub-processors

    We engage vetted processors (hosting, email, payments) under GDPR-compliant data-processing agreements.

    Breach notification

    In the event of a personal-data breach likely to result in a risk to your rights, we will notify the competent supervisory authority and, where required, affected individuals without undue delay.
