Last updated: 9 June 2026

Who we are

ploq ("we", "us") provides a property and building-management platform for landlords, property managers and their tenants across Europe. We act as the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, contact us at ploqioapp@gmail.com.

Data we collect

Account data: your name, email address and authentication identifiers.

Operational data you enter: properties, leases, tenants, contacts, payments, documents and related records.

Technical data: log data, device and browser information, and cookies necessary to run the service.

How we use your data

  • To provide, maintain and secure the service.
  • To process subscriptions, billing and payments.
  • To provide support and send service-related communications.
  • To comply with legal and accounting obligations.
  • Sharing and processors

We share data only with processors that help us run the service (for example cloud hosting, email delivery and payment providers), under appropriate data-processing terms. We do not sell your personal data.

    Data retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and thereafter only as required to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

    Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to certain processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority — in Greece, the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA).

To exercise any right, email ploqioapp@gmail.com.

    Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and other technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk to protect your data.

    Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Questions: ploqioapp@gmail.com.
