By creating an account or using ploq, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

ploq is a software-as-a-service platform for managing properties, leases, tenants, payments and building administration. Features may vary by plan.

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account.

You agree not to misuse the service, including unlawful activity, attempting to breach security, or disrupting the platform or other users.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. Trials, renewals, upgrades and applicable taxes are described at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You retain ownership of the data you enter. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host and operate the service on your behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We aim for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ploq is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period.

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Greece, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
